We never set out to be another Denver furniture store. We started in 2010 as importers — an end table drawn on a napkin, a flight to Vietnam, a company that was wholesale-only until customers talked us into opening the doors in 2013. That history is why the floor looks the way it does: not collections, but containers.
The centerpiece of the store. Dining tables cut from single slabs of monkey pod (also called suar or acacia) from Thailand — trees more than six feet across, slabs fifteen to eighteen feet long, cross-cut rounds for the middle of a room. Industrial dining and console tables from India built from reclaimed ship flooring and beams. Tropical hardwood tops — Guanacaste, cocobolo, purple heart — from Costa Rica, properly kiln-dried before they come to Colorado. Teak-root coffee and side tables from Java. Custom dining tables built in our own shop from reclaimed stock.

Sofas and armchairs designed by British and South African makers and built in Vietnam. Benches, barstools, side chairs, dining chairs, stools — much of it in reclaimed teak and oak. Look at the joinery; it is the reason the pieces cost what they do.

Bedroom sets built from recycled oak in Vietnam. Carved chests and dressers from Rajasthan. Hall trees, shelving, wine racks, TV consoles and nightstands.

The pieces people drive across town for: consoles on casters, carts, sideboards and coffee tables with iron frames and reclaimed-timber tops. Most are built in India from the flooring of dismantled ships and the beams of demolished buildings — which is why customers pick one up and say “that’s from India?” It does not look like what they expect.

Outdoor furniture and fountains from Vietnam, hand-carved Buddhas and Ganeshas from Bali and Java, yard art, wall decor, lighting, mirrors, pottery from village kilns, and the one-of-a-kinds — which get their own page because they move too fast for this one.

Containers arrive roughly monthly — the last one from Thailand weighed 27,000 pounds and took three hours to unload. Everything lands at Holly Street first, then moves to Highlands Ranch and the Outlet. The photos on this site show style, not stock; the pieces people ask about most are usually gone within days. The Instagram and Facebook pages are the closest thing to a live inventory.
People furnishing a home who want solid wood, real joinery and pieces with a story, at prices that reflect direct importing rather than a showroom markup. Designers sourcing statement pieces. Anyone who has decided their dining table should not look like their neighbor’s.
We are not the right store for matching sets, stock-item next-day delivery, or the lowest price in the metro. Those needs are real, and other stores serve them well. Ours is a different job.
Holly Street Warehouse, Denver (open daily) · Highlands Ranch (Thu–Mon) · Rare Finds Outlet at Monaco & I-70 (Thu–Mon). Details, hours and directions on the Locations page. Delivery across the metro is available; see Delivery, Pickup & Shipping.
