We have two locations, Denver and Highlands Ranch, Colorado (our Highlands Ranch location is opening in late September 2019!)

All items purchased can be picked up on the day of purchase or another date specified by the customer in the Notes section of the shopping cart.  We will call to confirm a pick up date if a date is not specified at the time of purchase.

If Delivery is selected, we will call you to provide a quote based on your location and collect payment.  You will then receive a call from our Delivery Agent to get it scheduled.


DELIVERY

We offer a 3rd Party WHITE GLOVE Delivery Service!

White Glove service is more than just dropping off an item at your front door.  Our guys will place your piece wherever you need it, and they’ll handle any necessary assembly and packaging removal.

  • Delivery Fee is 100% for 3rd Party Delivery Service.   You will be contacted by the Delivery Service directly to schedule the exact delivery time.
  • Additional Fees for oversize, overweight, stairs and assembly may apply.
  • Charge is Based on Actual Miles from the Warehouse
  • Custom Tables are Assembled On-Site
  • No Weekend or Holiday Deliveries 

 

RETURNS

Inherent Distressed Nature of Rare Finds’ Products:

Rare Finds carries new furniture handcrafted from reclaimed lumber and metal which varies in consistency and finish texture. This wood furniture has a natural tendency to expand and contract based on humidity and geographical location. Many of Rare Finds accessories are produced with earthen clays and natural pigments to obtain rustic finishes. The images you see on our website may not accurately  represent the finish and texture of the product you order. Vintage items may be worn, chipped, faded or distressed in various ways. These character flaws are what give each piece their uniqueness and individuality.

Shipping Damage: Upon delivery of your product, inspect the product for damage. If you see damages, note it to the delivery person/driver. Do not sign for a box without noting damage. Please save all of the original packing and report the damage to Rare Finds via email. We will then contact you to discuss the best repair or replacement options with you.

Buyer’s Remorse: We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.  You may return your purchase within 7 days for an in-store credit of the merchandise value or an exchange of equal value.  We have a No Refund Policy.  We cannot accept returns on special-order items, items damaged through normal wear and tear, or final sale items.

You may return merchandise for a replacement by emailing or calling us, as well as returning the item to the store.
