Store Pick Up
We are a Denver-based store. All items purchased can be picked up on the day of purchase or if needed, at a later date specified by the customer in the Notes section of the shopping cart. We will call to confirm a pick up date if a date is not specified at the time of purchase.
If Delivery is selected, we will provide a quote based on your location and items, and then you will receive a call from our Delivery Agent to get it scheduled and give you a final price for payment.
We offer a 3rd Party WHITE GLOVE Delivery Service!
White Glove service is more than just dropping off an item at your front door. Our guys will place your piece wherever you need it, and they’ll handle any necessary assembly and packaging removal.
- Delivery Fee is 100% for 3rd Party Delivery Service. You will be contacted by the Delivery Service directly to schedule the exact delivery time.
- Additional Fees for oversize, overweight, stairs and assembly may apply.
- Charge is Based on Actual Miles from the Warehouse
- Dining Tables are Assembled On-Site
- No Weekend or Holiday Deliveries
Online Shopping:
If you want an item shipped but you also want to buy a non-shippable item, please create two orders:, one for the shippable item(s) and a second order for the non-shippable item(s) which will be for in-store pickup or local delivery.

Shipping and Handling:
Most purchases are shipped directly from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado within 2-5 business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive together. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
We strive to find the lowest shipping rate with reputable carriers for both boxed and palletized shipments.
All sales final on shipped items. No refunds or returns.
